HOW TO ACCESS THE PING PONG SPOT SPACE?
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN PADDLE / BALLS WHEN COMING TO THE PING PONG SPOT SPACE?
No, you don’t need to. PING PONG Spot provides paddles and balls, but if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own paddle and/or balls.
HOW LONG CAN I STAY IN THE PING PONG SPOT SPACE?
You may stay in the PING PONG Spot space for the duration specified in your reservation time. Even if there are no other clients booked after you, you must leave the premises once your reservation time has ended.
Our security team applies penalties to individuals who exceed the permitted time and ignore warnings to leave the premises. Fines start from EUR 100.
“HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING DURING MY RESERVATION?”
During your reservation, a maximum of 4 persons are allowed in the PING PONG Spot space.
If you would like to bring more than 4 persons, an additional fee of EUR 5 per extra person must be paid.
The maximum capacity of the space is 10 people.
ARE THERE SHOWERS / TOILETS / A CHANGING ROOM IN THE PING PONG SPOT SPACE?
Toilets and a changing room — yes.
Showers — no.
CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY RESERVATION TIME?
Unfortunately, we do not offer reservation change or cancellation services.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I STAY IN THE PING PONG SPOT SPACE AFTER MY RESERVATION TIME ENDS?
First, you will receive a warning call to the phone number provided during payment informing you that your reservation time has expired. If you do not vacate the premises immediately after the warning, a security service team will arrive and require you to comply with the established rules.
You will then be invoiced for the security service costs, as well as any related damages or losses, including situations where other PING PONG Spot clients were scheduled after your reservation.
IS SMOKING / ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ALLOWED IN THE PING PONG SPOT SPACE?
No, smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the space. If security cameras capture any violation of this rule, a fine starting from EUR 500 will be imposed.
ARE THERE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING THE RULES?
Yes, penalties apply for violations of the rules. The amount depends on the nature of the violation and the extent of the damage or losses caused. Penalties may increase if warnings are ignored.
List of violations subject to penalties:
Smoking, use of electronic cigarettes, alcohol, or other psychotropic substances in the space — EUR 500.
Failure to vacate the premises after the reservation time ends — EUR 100.
Bringing more than 4 persons — EUR 10 for each additional person.
Ignoring sound alerts or reminders — up to EUR 500.
Damaging or improper use of equipment/inventory — from EUR 50 up to EUR 950. In other cases, compensation is determined according to the actual loss incurred.
Wearing outdoor / dirty footwear on the PING PONG Spot court — EUR 70.
Failure to clean handprints or other dirt left on the table tennis table after playing — EUR 15.
Damaging the premises or other PING PONG Spot property, or using it improperly — EUR 500. Any damage exceeding this amount will be assessed according to the actual loss incurred.
